Open the web browser and visit the Neukol website.
Choose the version for Mac to download.
Double-click the Neukol XXX.pkg file on the desktop.
Follow the instruction to finish the installation.
Neukol for Windows
Open the web browser and visit the Neukol website.
Choose the version for Windows to download.
Open the Downloads folder and double-click the Neukol XXX .exe file.
Follow the instruction to finish the installation.
Double-click the Neukol icon on the desktop or in the Start menu to launch Neukol.
Neukol for Android
Open the phone's browser and visit the Neukol website.
Choose the version for Windows to download.
Follow the instructions to install.
Tap launch the Neukol icon on the home page to launch Neukol.
What problems may you encounter while downloading or installing Neukol?
What should I do if I click "Download" but there is no respondence?
You can change a web browser and retry, and check your network connection.
If there is still no respondence, you can visit the official webpage and contact the Neukol Team for help.
What should I do if there appears a dialog saying "Windows protected your computer" and stop me from installing?
You can click "More info", and click "Run anyway". Then there will appear a dialog saying "Do you want to allow the app to make changes to your device?". You can click "Yes" to continue.
